Create Contact Form with DHVC custom

You have to create Contact Form & Contact Page so 1st of all create Contact Form

Create Contact Form with below mentioned Elements by going to wp Admin > Forms

1- Form Text Element settings

Hover the mouse on “Form Text” and click on edit button

Where should be

Name > contact_name

Placeholder text > Full Name

Icon > User

2- Form E-mail settings

Hover the mouse on “Form E-mail” and click on edit button

Where should be

Name > contact_email

Placeholder text > Email ID

Icon > Envelope

3- Form Text settings

Hover the mouse on “Form Text” and click on edit button

Where should be

Name > contact_phone

Placeholder text > Phone Number

Icon > Phone

4- Form Textarea settings

Hover the mouse on “Form Textarea” and click on edit button

Where should be

Name > contact_message

Placeholder text > Messages

5- Form button submit

Create Contact Page

Go to wp Admin > Pages > Create new or Edit Contact page with below mentioned Elements

Edit DHVC custom Element and follow the settings as in bellow mentioned image
