To Remove “Post Your Ad” button please go to Wp Admin Dashboard -> Motoro Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Header -> Header Listings Button -> Remove the URL of (Header New Listing Button Url) and Text of (Header New Listing Button Text) as in the attached image.
