Means we will provide all the latest updates of the plugins with the theme updates. It doesn’t mean we are going to provide license of the plugins as these are third party plugins.

So that you can ask for help from the plugin author regarding plugin issue, which you won’t need to. As we are providing all the updates with the theme updates.
